About the course


An online 4 week life changing programme designed to support you in understanding and managing your mental and emotional wellbeing naturally. Combining practical tools with holistic lifestyle education, this unique course aims to educate, inspire and empower you to live the calmer, happier life that you desire. When you feel good on the inside this reflects on the outside. Your mental health affects everything. From the way you show up in your day to day life, to how you speak to those you love around you. 


Life is so short, you deserve to feel able to live each day to the fullest. Yet you and I both know that when stress and anxiety takes over, it can put you in survival mode and the last thing on your mind is savoring every moment.


The knowledge, tools and insights that you will discover in this course will revolutionise the way you think about your own mental health journey equipping you with your very own holistic wellness toolkit for life.

About the founder

Certified holistic life coach and functional nutrition practitioner, Hannah Rose, is on a mission to educate and empower women to actively start taking a holistic approach to understanding and managing their mental and emotional wellbeing.


After struggling with her own mental wellbeing in 2016 following the birth of her second son and experiencing severe post natal depression, stress and anxiety, Hannah began to seek out her own holistic pathway to regaining control of her mental and emotional health.


Throughout her studies and personal wellness journey Hannah began to document everything that she was learning until one day she found herself staring at 7 key principles that were having a profound impact on her life. Upon showing her husband, he remarked that the pillars spelled out the word B.R.EA.T.H.E. and from that moment, the philosophy was born. Since then Hannah has been weaving these pillars into her life, carving out a lifestyle centered around finding more calm.


As a result, she has learnt how to understand the root of her stress and anxiety and recognises what needs to happen to bring her mind and body back into a calmer state. Due to her own personal transformation, she is passionate about sharing this knowledge and toolkit with others.

The B.R.E.A.T.H.E. Philosophy has really helped to change my perspective on how and why anxiety and stress can take root emotionally and spirituality in your life which can then have a physical effect on your body, and cause you to create habits and behaviours which can be quite destructive and very unkind to yourself.

Hannah taught me the 'toolkit' to use in everyday life in order to live a calmer, more abundant life.  The fundamental pivotal truth which is inter-woven into each individual tool is the importance and value of self care.  The tools are amazing and literally helped change my mental and physical state to live more peacefully.  Through great continual self care I know I can be the best version of myself which God has created me to be!
